If the following acts are committed, it will be considered as an offense related to absconding or misappropriating weapons and other valuables:-
(a) absconding with arms, ammunition, goods, equipment, weapons, clothing or any other government goods for his own use or under his charge, or in the act of absconding; (b) If any item mentioned in clause (a) is lost,
(c) If the medal or jewelery awarded to you is defaced, stolen, stolen or stolen.
